Our application process begins in Career Opportunities. You can conduct a search of open positions; create a profile that tells us about you and your qualifications; and apply for opportunities of interest.
After you have applied for a position, a member of the recruiting team will review your qualifications. Depending on the position and location, we will communicate with the selected applicants regarding the next steps in the hiring process.
Our recruiting team works diligently to make sure the right hiring decision is made for both the applicant and Midcontinent. The final candidate will be presented with a formal offer letter.
Additionally, at the time of offer you will receive information regarding a background check to be completed prior to your start date. All offers are made conditional on the successful completion of a background check.
Typically, new hires will attend an orientation class on their first day of employment with Midcontinent. Orientation may involve out-of-town travel, which will be discussed at the time of the position offer.
During orientation, you will be introduced to the mission and history of Midcontinent, meet members of our Executive Team, and learn about your employee benefits. This is also a good opportunity to ask questions you have about the culture of Midcontinent. New hires also complete required paperwork during the orientation session.
