Terms & Conditions for EZ-Pay Enrollment
These are Terms and Conditions concerning your use of the Midcontinent Communications Web site (EZ-Pay) for online billing and bill payment management. By accessing and using this site and completing the EZ-Pay enrollment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which are in addition to the terms and conditions of your current Midcontinent Communications Subscriber agreement(s).
You acknowledge that communications or transactions conducted online may not be absolutely secure. You further acknowledge that there may be system failures that may limit your ability to use EZ-Pay. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of Midcontinent Communications EZ-Pay, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications or transactions you conduct with Midcontinent Communications online. EZ-Pay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s), and security information, and agree that Midcontinent Communications will have no obligations with regard thereto. Should you allow others shared access to your account and/or provide others with your password(s) or security information , you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, call us immediately at 1-800-888-1300.
For purposes of identification, billing, and marketing, you agree to provide Midcontinent Communications with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required by the registration for EZ-Pay, including E-mail Address, Name, Phone Number, Account Number, and your password and reminder question. You further agree to provide Midcontinent Communications with current, accurate, and complete data when using the EZ-Pay online system, such as bill payment or updating account information. You agree to notify Midcontinent Communications immediately of any changes in your registration data. You are responsible for updating your e-mail address. If your e-mail address is not current, you will not receive notice of online bill posting; however, your payment due date will remain unchanged.
By signing up for EZ-Pay, you agree that you will no longer receive a printed bill. If the need arises, you may receive a paper bill through special request by calling Midcontinent Cusotmer Service at 1.800.888.1300.

Changes or Modifications
Midcontinent Communications may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion upon thirty (30) days prior notice to you. Your continued use of EZ-Pay following notice of these changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately stop using EZ-Pay. You may not amend or modify these Terms and Conditions without Midcontinent Communications prior written consent, which we may provide or withhold in our sole discretion. Any attempt by you to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions by any other means, including but not limited to, a check notation, a restrictive endorsement, or a note with a payment, is invalid and unenforceable.
Activity-Related E-mails
Midcontinent Communications sends subscribers activity-related announcements from time to time. For example, we may send you an e-mail about a payment you made to your account, or an upcoming recurring payment we will be debiting from your account. You may not opt-out of these activity-related communications.
We will use the e-mail address you provide for notifications pertaining to EZ-Pay business activities or marketing information. If you do not wish to receive marketing information on products available to you, you may opt out by editing your EZ-Pay profile.
