Sioux Falls, SD April 30, 2008 --- The Midcontinent Media Foundation is accepting grant proposals, now through July 10, 2008, from non-profit organizations in communities across North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. These proposals will be reviewed at the Foundation’s fall board meeting.
