Computers must meet the minimum requirements for the operating systems currently supported by Microsoft & Apple*.


* There must be a wireless communications card already installed in an Apple computer before our technicians can setup wireless communications.

Approved Modems

Customers may choose to purchase a modem from Midcontinent or from another retailer. The following is a listing of compatible cable modems, and which level of MidcoNet service it works with, that may be purchased through other resources. We are constantly improving our MidcoNet speeds and strongly recommend a DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

 

In the best interest of our customers and to ensure the quality of network connectivity, Midcontinent will not offer service through modems not on this list. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at
