5 May-June 2007 Supervisor's Training regarding EEO, FCC and recruiting required initiatives and diversity in the workplace. This training program is designed to communicate to supervisors the company’s commitment and accountability to EEO and to train them on EEO responsibilities applicable in all phases of employment.  Employment decisions are made within the region consistent with the FCC program. All Midcontinent managers and supervisors are required to attend Supervisor's training on an ongoing basis. 5 beginning 5/15/2007 through ongoing Online advertising to target diveristy-focused candidates in North and South Dakota. We started an annual membership on several websites that will "mirror" the Midcontinent Career Website and post all available jobs. Ensuring we are able to widely dissemenate all our jobs to a variety of audiences online. 6 Ongoing Online advertising to target a wide range of candidates throughout our regions. We advertise all available positions on the state Job Service Websites (through the Department of Labor). 7 Summer 2007 Internship Opportunities Internship opportunities were made available in all regions including Rapid City. We did not have any applicants express interest in our internship program in this region. Local Hiring Managers were all aware of internship opportunities and shared them with various technical schools.
