Midcontinent Media Foundation Grant Application

Please use the form below to submit your grant request.  An endorsement by a Midcontinent Communications employee is preferred and proof of your organization’s IRS 501C3 Certificate of Designation is required to be considered for a grant. The Foundation reviews all grants in March and September of each year. Our next deadline for applications is July 10, 2010. Funding is distributed shortly after Foundation approval.
