Sioux Falls' NBA D-League basketball team, The Sioux Falls Skyforce, has used Midcontinent Communications Production Team for a number of years. This year the Skyforce had their tickets and still image marketing graphics completed before we began concepting their 2012 TV commercial. We took those still graphics and put them into motion creating this fun, upbeat, exciting television ad for the team.

Faini - Rainy Day Guarantee - Obviously a rainy wedding day guarantee needs to show a rainy wedding, which was our biggest challenge for this commercial to be pulled off well. Faini helped us line up the acting talent and crowd willing to sit in the rain, and our production team found the location and 'made it rain' on one of the hottest days of the summer!

Tre - The Midcontinent Production Team worked very closely with Tre’s managers on communicating the "right" message with this commercial. Making sure the food looked tantalizing was our main objective and shows in the end product.

The Other Place - Playing off the name of this bar and grill added to the fun in this commercial’s scripting. Having added a little humor to start the ad our team then moved into showing off the newly remodeled building and patio.

Sioux Nation Ag Center - Although we live in a "rural state" it’s not too often we get to showcase our video skills on livestock and barns. With this ad we zeroed in on the personal touch that Sioux Nation Ag gives to its customers while making the target audience feel at home.

The Grainery - Music in an ad can make all of the difference. The disjointed music that goes so well with the day to day frustration in this commercial helped move this piece to the final pay off scene where our subject was rewarded for being too lazy to cook his own meals!

Northwest Iowa Community College - This commercial was a team effort all of the way. Midcontinent received this idea from Northwest Iowa Community College’s marketing department and then ran with it to make it come to life. The partnership between our production department and their marketing department produced this quality ad that showcases just a couple of the many careers you can have after attending NWICC.

Nutty’s - The mixture of slow motion video along with sped up video catches the viewer’s eyes and really makes a person’s brain pay attention to the fun being had at Nutty’s. In a focus group we put together for Midcontinent Production this commercial had very high regards.

Nucci’s Italian Bistro - Bringing a taste of Italy to viewers was our goal with this tasty ad. We made sure to focus on the fresh ingredients Nucci’s uses along with emphasizing Mama Rita’s love for cooking.
