The Midcontinent Vacation Plan is avilable to suspend your service(s) if you plan to be away from home for more than 60 days, but less than 6 months.  Please fill out the form below at least 3 weeks in advance of your required services start date.  The fee for reconnecting your suspended services will be only $35.00.
