Approved Modems

Customers may choose to purchase a modem from Midcontinent or from another retailer. The following is a listing of compatible cable modems that may be purchased through other resources.  Please make sure the modem you purchase is DOCSIS 2.0 or DOCSIS 3.0 compatible.

In the best interest of our customers and to ensure the quality of network connectivity, Midcontinent will not offer service through modems not on this list. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-888-1300 prior to purchasing a modem.
