Does HD service cost more?

This depends upon your current Midcontinent Cable Service.

Current Midcontinent Cable Package subscribers with a DVR: no additional charge for HD service.

Current Midcontinent Cable Package subscribers with a DCT: must upgrade to a DVR Receiver ($16.00) or must upgrade to an HD Receiver ($8) .  Depending on the package, you may receive a discount for upgrading to a DVR. 

Current Midcontinent Cable subscribers without a DVR or HDDCT Package: View all available cable packages.

 

If you wish to activate your HD channels, contact Midcontinent Communications for a professional install.
