How do I reset my cable set-top box?


Customers now have the ability to reset digital receivers via our customer service toll-free number: 1-800-888-1300. This may resolve issues such as "one moment please" messages on your digital channels or access to Pay-Per-View or Video on Demand. By selecting this option, all of the cable boxes in your home will reset and your Interactive TV Guide will show “To Be Announced” until the guide information is reloaded. To reset your cable box call 1-800-888-1300 and press 1. Press 2 to speak with a customer service representative.


Other options: You may also unplug your set-top box for 15 seconds and then plug it back in. After a few minutes you should be able to view programming. It may take up to 30 minutes to load your TV Guide information.
