MyMidco: Account: Setting Up a MyMidco Account for an Existing EZ Pay User

Step 1

Enter your Account Number and Name and click the "Continue" button.

Step 2

Complete all the required fields and click "Submit."  Please have your EZ-Pay Username and Password available. During this step you’ll be asked to select from available EZ-Pay User IDs and will be required to enter your Password.

 

NOTE: You will receive an email at the end of registration. Please click the link in that email in order to complete your registration process.
