Changing Your Phone Numbers

Step 1

Log into MyMidco

 

Step 2

Review the Account Profile page and click on "Edit This" next to the Account Profile section.

Re-enter new phone numbers in the available fields.

Save Account Preferences.

Please note that this email address will be the one in which you receive all communications from MyMidco and Online Bill Pay, so it’s important to use an active email account and check it regularly.
