Changing Your Password/Forgot Password

Forgot Password

Step 1

Go to midcocomm.com and click on the “Forgot Password" link.

Enter your username and click "Submit."

Answer your security questions, your word verification and click "Submit."

Please note that this email address will be the one in which you receive all communications from MyMidco and Online Bill Pay, so it’s important to use an active email account and check it regularly.

 

Step 4

Check your email account and click on the link to reset your password.

Select a new password and click “Save."
