Why am I not receiving audio through my Digital Adapter?
The common resolution for no audio is to turn up the volume on your Digital Adapter as it has been muted during programming process.
Instructions for programming the Digital Adapter remote to your TV indicate to press "OK" then "Mute" - if "Mute" is pressed first, volume on the Digital Adapter is muted. Once programmed to the TV, no audio is passed through to the TV since the Digital Adapter is muted.
