How do I correct the disruption to cable service?

An upgrade was recently done on our cable system which may be causing a disruption in service in some areas. If this is occurring please simply change the channel on your Digital Adapter to 604 for 5 minutes. If you have any TVs with an internal digital tuner not connected to Midcontinent equipment, you will need to perform a channel scan. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.   [June 2011}
