Email Setup - Apple iPhone 4 & 4S

1. From the home screen, tap Settings 
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. From the Accounts section, tap Add Account…
4. Tap Other
5. Tap Add Mail Account.
6. On the New Account screen, enter the following information
   • Name: Name as it will appear on outgoing emails
   • Address: Full email address
   • Password: Email address password
   • Description: Optional description of email account
7. Tap Next
8. Tap POP
9. In the Incoming Mail Server section, enter the following information
   • Host Name: popa.midco.net
   • Username: Full email address
   • Password: Email address password
10. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the following information
    • Host Name: smtpa.midco.net
    • Username: Full email address
    • Password: Email address password
11. Tap Save
12. From Accounts screen, tap the email account added
13. Tap Advanced
14. Under Outgoing Mail Server, tap SMTP
15. Under Primary Server, tap smtpa.midco.net
16. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, confirm/enter the following information
    • Host name: smtpa.midco.net
    • User Name: Full email address
    • Password: Email address password Use SSL: ON
    • Authentication: Password
    • Server Port: 25 (or 465)
17. Tap Done
18. Tap email account description (upper left corner)
19. Tap Advanced
20. In the Deleted Messages section, confirm the following information
    • Remove: After one week
21. In the Incoming Settings section, confirm/enter the following information Use SSL: ON Authentication: Password Delete from server: Never Server Port: 995
22. Press the Home button to return to the home screen
23. Tap Mail to access email inbox
