How do I find my wireless modem network key?

You can find your wireless modem network key by logging into MyMidco and clicking on the Wireless Modem Network Key button or through the My Services Data section and clicking on the Network Key tab.

 

If you have a Cisco wireless modem, please review the steps below to find your network key.

1. To begin, you will need to use a computer that is connected to your modem.
2. Open a web browser and type 192.168.0.1 in the address bar and press Enter
   • The login page for your wireless modem will display.
3. Click "Log On" - no user name or password is required.
4. Click "Setup" in the upper left.
   • Your wireless network information will be displayed.
5. Check the "Show Key" box next to the "Pre-Shared Key" field if it is unchecked.
