Email Setup - Amazon Kindle Fire (1st Generation)

1. From the home screen, tap Apps  
2. Tap Email
   • If no email accounts setup:
         • Tap Start
   • If other email accounts are setup:
         • Tap Settings icon at bottom edge
         • Tap Add Account 
3. Tap Other on Select E-Mail Provider screen
4. Enter full email address in Username field 
5. Enter password in Password field 
6. Tap Next
7. Tap POP 3 for Account Type 
8. On Incoming Server Settings screen, enter the following:
   • Username: full email address
   • Password: email address password
   • POP 3 server: popa.midco.net
   • Security Type: SSL (always)
   • Authentication type: PLAIN
   • Port: 995
9. Tap Next
10. On Outgoing Server Settings screen, enter the following:
    • SMTP server: smtpa.midco.net
    • Security type: TLS (always)
    • Port: 465 (or 25)
    • Require sign-in: checked
    • Authentication type: AUTOMATIC
    • Username: full email address
    • Password: email address password
11. Tap Next
12. Slect Folder poll frequency preference 
13. Tap Next
14. Enter name as it should display on outgoing messages 
15. Enter account name (optional)
16. Tap View your Inbox to complete email setup
