Email Setup - Outlook 2010 (Manual Configuration)

1. Open Outlook 2010
2. Click File tab then Info
3. Click Add Account
4. On the Auto Account Setup window, select “Manually configure server settings or additional server types”
5. Click Next
6. Confirm Internet E-mail is selected
7. Click Next
8. On the Internet Email Settings window, enter the following information:
   • Name: Name as it will appear on outgoing emails
   • Address: Full email address
   • Account Type: POP3
   • Incoming Mail Server: pop.midco.net
   • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.midco.net
   • User Name: Full email address
   • Password: Email address password
   • Remember Password: Checked
   • Do not check Require Logon Using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
9. Click Next
10. Click Finish on this page and you are done
