Subpoena Compliance

Subpoenas must be issued by a court agency, or other governmental body with the authority to issue valid subpoenas within the states of South Dakota, North Dakota, or Minnesota, or a Federal District Court with jurisdiction within those states and must be properly issued and served in accordance with applicable procedural law and rules.
