What is HBO GO and MAX GO?

HBO GO/MAX GO is a service included with your monthly subscription to HBO/Cinemax that gives unlimited access to HBO/Cinemax on computers, mobile, and Connected TV devices.Watch your favorite Original Series, blockbuster movies, sports, comedies and documentaries - whenever and wherever you want. Watch anytime, anywhere, on your laptop, iPad, iPhone or Android smartphone.

ADDITIONAL FACTS:

Customers must subscribe to HBO in order to get HBO GO and subscribe to Cinemax in order to get MAX GO.

 

Customers access these services from TV Everywhere under MyMidco or via www.hbogo.com/www.maxgo.com OR via free player apps from respective device stores.

 

Signing up and signing in to either service requires an active Midcontinent email address.

 

Email addresses can be created and passwords can be reset through MyMidco under TV Everywhere for all Cinemax and HBO customers.

 

All residential video customers are entitled to these services  as long as they subscribe to HBO/MAX. HBO/MAX subscribers in landlord-owned buildings under agreements are entitled to these services. Hotel guests (for hotels subscribing to HBO) are not entitled to these services.

 

Customers do need to have Internet service available to them (minimum download speed of 3Mbps or a 3G phone connection) to view. Programming cannot be downloaded for future viewing. 3G phone connections may incur fees per the user’s agreement with their phone provider.

 

There is no incremental charge for HBO GO or MAX GO. Access to each is a part of the customer’s subscription.
