How Do I Access HBO GO and MAX GO?

HBO GO/MAX GO, which offers more than 1400 titles online, allows Midcontinent’s authenticated HBO/Cinemax customers to instantly watch every episode of every season of the best HBO/MAX shows.

 

• Access to HBO GO/MAX GO is available to all active HBO GO/MAX GO subscribers.

• New HBO GO/MAX GO subscribers will have access to HBO GO/MAX GO within 30 minutes of work order check in.

• HBO GO/MAX GO access will be removed within 30 minutes of work order check in for disconnects or downgrades (if removing HBO GO/MAX GO).

 

Visit HBOGO.COM or MAXGO.com.

Once on the site, click "Sign Up" and register as follows:

1. Choose Midcontinent Communications as your TV provider.

2. Log in using one of your Midcontinent email addresses and password.

3. If you don't have a Midcontinent email address (ex: @midco.net, @sio.midco.net) or lost your password, you may create a new email address or reset your email address password by logging into or registering for MyMidco, click Parental Control Settings under My TV Everywhere and click Manage Parental Controls.

4.Complete the HBO GO or MAX GO sign-up screen.
