HBO GO/MAX GO Devices

Apple:

 

HBO GO/MAX GO are supported on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4/4S, iPod touch (3rd and 4th generation) and iPad, iPad2 and iPad3, and requires running an iOS 4.0 or higher.

If a device is not compatible with HBO GO/MAX GO, the app will not appear in the App Store
 

Access  by downloading the  app from the App Store.

Open App Store

• Tap on Search
• Search for HBO GO/MAX GO 
• Tap on Install App
• After installed, tap on HBO GO/MAX GO app from home screen and tap Sign In
• Select Midcontinent Communications from the TV Provider list
• Enter an active Midcontinent email address and password
• Click Log In’
• Create an HBO GO/MAX GO ID – this is only used on initial login for each email address and is not used going forward.

Android Users

 

For Android smartphones, HBO GO requires Android version 2.1 - 2.3.

(Some Android devices running version 2.1 - 2.3 are not supported:
Motorola Flipout, Motorola CLIQ XT, Motorola DROID, Motorola CLIQ, Motorola Backflip
LG Ally, LG Apex, LG Axis, HTC myTouch 3G, HTC Droid Eris, HTC Hero, T-Mobile G1, and eLocity A7)
 

 

Access by downloading the appropriate app from the Android Market

• Open Android Market
• Search for HBO GO/MAX GO  
• Install App
• After installed, tap on  app from home screen and tap Sign In
• Select Midcontinent Communications from the TV Provider list
• Enter an active Midcontinent email address and password
• Click ‘Log In’
• Create a HBO GO/MAX GO ID – this is only used on initial login for each email address and is not used going forward
• Select programming to view and enjoy 

 

 

Access HBO GO by downloading the HBO GO app from the Amazon Appstore:

• Tap Apps from Kindle Fire Home screen
• Select Store
• Search for HBO GO
• Long-press (press and hold) HBO GO app
• Tap Install
• After installed, tap HBO GO app from home screen
• Tap Sign In
• Select Midcontinent Communications from TV Provider list
• Enter an active Midcontinent email address and password
• Tap Log In
• Create an HBO GO ID (used only on initial login for each email address, not used going forward)
• Tap Programming to view

An active Midcontinent Communications email address and password is required to access HBO GO.

MyMidco: Email addresses can be managed by customer from MyMidco.

 

Click on TV Everywhere to create and manage up to 10 email addresses.
 

 

Email addresses must be created through MyMidco >TV Everywhere
