Acceptable Use Policy Overview

MidcoNet^® service exists to provide wideband Internet access and hosting to our customers. In the interest of ensuring consistent, quality service to our customers the following policy was created. Warning: MidcoNet^® network engineers use a variety of advanced techniques to monitor the network for performance and violation of the AUP. They thoroughly investigate complaints from other ISPs and their customers regarding violations of the law or the AUP. Customers found in violation of the rules of AUP will be disconnected. For clear, verifiable violations our stance is: "disconnect first, ask questions later."
