DMCA Policy

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a modification to federal copyright law that - in part - provides specific procedures for dealing with the illegal distribution of copyright protected materials. For example, MP3's of commercial music artists (e.g. Creed, Celine Dion) or movies (e.g. Matrix, Harry Potter).

In general, if a copyright holder believes you are illegally providing access to their material, they will send us a DMCA Infringement Claim that we are legally required to act upon.

We will forward a copy of the infringement claim to you and require that you remove the material (and any similar material), remove any links to the material, or block access to the material.

Failure to comply with the DMCA Infringement Claim may result in termination of your internet service.

If you believe a mistake has been made, you may file a counter claim and send it to our DMCA Registered Agent.

Use of the MC network in violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and the Subscriber Agreement.
